Description
Date: 2006 – 2008
These are installations that are created in abandoned spaces and become part of their deconstruction process.
These are ephemeral interventions that remain in the place, in which, the installation and space are affected as whole bodies. This work is not seen as an untouchable object, but as a continuous transformation.
A spiderweb is built in-situ wrapping the space, making evident the decomposition, deterioration and emptiness of the place. Pictures are taken during the weaving process and from these a puzzle is made that the public can move to create new spaces in the expositions. A video is made to document the process.
Artistic residencies in Bulex, DCJ and Bains Connective.
